Spring into Health/Matthews

The Stallings Elementary Health Committee is organizing the school third annual Health Fair on Thursday, March 8, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 pm. The purpose of the Health Fair is to increase health awareness through education and prevention. The health and wellness related businesses and professionals will share, teach, and help visitors to become aware of the many health-related programs, services, and providers located in our surrounding community. Free health screening will be provided. Participants will enjoy a full compliment of health and wellness events including blood sugar screening, blood sugar screening, vision screenings, body mass analysis, stroke and heart attack prevention information, chiropractics, posture, and body mechanics screenings, healthy nutrition information, helmet safety information, chair massage, health and wellness information, and more.
