Education Through Music is celebrating its Children's Benefit Gala on May 1, 2012. The Gala will be held at the Grand Hyatt in NYC and our honoree is Dr. Louis E. Bisogni. ETM brings music education programs to inner-city schools throughout NYC (http://www.ETMonline.orgwww.ETMonline.org). I am part of their Event Committee and I wanted to reach out to you to see if you could help us in making this a successful event. We are currently looking for:
Auction items: There will be two auctions during the Gala and we are in need of ANY and all kinds of auction items (Spas, restaurants, salons, hotels, etc). If you know of anyone you work with or have worked with in the past that is willing to donate items we would greatly appreciated.
Vendors - (Event Planner/Designer, Photographer, Printing Svcs., PR Professionals), who might be willing to donate their time/efforts. We would love to speak with them. In exchange we would be happy to offer them recognition on all marketing and printed materials, and possibly commercial time at the event, depending on what is donated.
